After school is a great time to take a nature walk and discover new facts about New Jersey's wildlife! Join a naturalist in this popular after-school series to learn about a new animal every month.

Friday, April 29: Salamanders and Newts -  This session will introduce the mysterious lives of salamaners and newts who live their lives in the underground and aquatic worlds of the forest. 

Friday, May 20: Endangered Species - This session will introduce endangered species of NJ on Endangered Species Day! We'll discuss what is being done to protect these amazing creatures and discover ways humans can help them every day. 

Friday, June 10: Turtles - This session will introduce some of our native turtles as we search for painted turtles at the pond and turtle nests along the trails. Kids will even meet our resident box turtle, Fluffy!

Cost: $6 per child.
