MCPC Golf Tournaments

May 18 ~ Spring Tournament ~ Flanders Valley (Red/Gold)
Information: Cost: $70; Application

Open to Morris County Residents and Guests, 4 Person Scramble. Fee includes golf, carts, prizes, refreshments and box lunch. At least one MC resident per team. 12:00PM Shot Gun. Age 12 and over.

July 13 ~ Amateur Tournament ~ Flanders Valley
Information: Cost: Men and Women's Divisions - $60, Youth Division - $25; Application

Open to Morris County Residents and Guests, age 12 and over for Men's and Women's Divisions. For the Youth Division: Must be a Morris County Resident or Registered Non-Residents and must be of age 9 – 17. The 9 – 12 age group must have completed an MCPC Junior Clinic Program or equivalent.

Fee includes: Power Cart (excepting the Youth), reservation fee, greens fee, lunch for Youth and lunch for those in the Women’s and Men’s Finals, and Prizes.

July 24 (Saturday) ~ Club Championships: Qualifier and Match Rounds at Flanders Valley (Red/Gold), Pinch Brook and Sunset Valley. Each course has its own separate club championship tournament.

Open to Morris County Residents & Registered Non-Residents age 12 or older who maintain their handicap index at FV, PB or SV. You can only compete at the course at which index is kept. Top 16 qualifiers per flight move on.

Stroke play within flight. Assigned tee times starting Front/Back at 11:00AM FV/SV, 10:30AM at PB. Flights Ch, A, B, C For FVGC play the course schedule is R/G, W/B, R/G. W/B, (R/G, W/B)

July 31 (Saturday) ~ Club Championships Match 1: Flanders Valley, Pinch Brook and Sunset Valley

August 7 (Saturday) ~ Club Championships Match 2: Flanders Valley, Pinch Brook and Sunset Valley

August 14 (Saturday) ~ Club Championships Match 3: Flanders Valley, Pinch Brook and Sunset Valley

September 26 ~ Three Jacks and a Queen: Flanders Valley

Open to Morris County Residents and Registered Non-Residents and Guests age 12 and over. Better Ball of Two of Four. Front and Back assigned tee times starting at 11:30am. Check in 1 hour prior to start time..

Fee includes golf fees, carts, refreshments, prizes, Bar-B-Q served between 11AM - 2:30PM.

August 30 (Monday) ~ Cross County Qualifying Round BVGC: Morris County Residents 12 Years of Age or older. The qualifying round field is limited to 32 players per flight, 16 per flight in Round 1 of Match Play. The Qualifier is Stroke Play. Match Play within rounds by Flight. Flights are Championship, A, B and C. Refer to the Cross County Application for Flight handicap index boundaries. Applicants must have a USGA handicap registered at any of the MCPC courses.
