Fosterfields Living Historical Farm partners with the Foodshed Alliance Famers’ Access Network, Sustainable Morristown, and local farmers to bring a monthly winter farmers’ market to Morris County. The Market offers a variety of fresh, locally-produced goods, including meats, cheeses, artisan breads, prepared foods, honey, preserves, and winter produce. This event is held indoors.

Join alongside the Irish farmworkers and roll up your sleeves to assist with brushing cows, weighing eggs, stacking wood, and cleaning harnesses for the horses. In the Farmhouse, follow the delicious smells to the kitchen, and discover what traditional Irish foods are being prepared on the wood-burning stove. Role players welcome and invite you to tour The Willows, the Gothic Revival-style mansion. Enjoy Irish music, crafts, stories, and dancing.

Join runners of all abilities on the 5K cross country course featuring varying terrain and beautiful views. If running is not your speed, then bring a friend or your favorite canine companion and register for the 1-Mile Fitness/Dog Walk. Registrants enjoy long sleeve moisture wicking t-shirts, awards, giveaways, music, and refreshments.
